Prva faza ograničenog postupka u oblasti odbrane i bezbjednosti za nabavku usluge transporta JLTV vozila , u kojoj privredni subjekti dokazuju ispunjenost zahtijevanih uslova za učešće u postupku javne nabavke i i na taj način se kvalifikuju za drugu fazu. Druga faza ograničenog postupka se pokreće dostavljanjem poziva kvalifikovanim kandidatima za podnošenje ponuda.Tehnička specifikacija sa zahtjevima u pogledu izvršenja predmeta nabavke će biti dostavljena kvalifikovanim kandidatima u drugoj fazi postupka.Nabavka se sprovodi u skladu sa Uredbom o listi vojne opreme i proizvoda, postupku i načinu sprovođenja javnih nabavki u oblasti odbrane i bezbjednosti („Službeni list Crne Gore“, broj 76/20).Postupak se pokreće na iznos od 390.000,00eura./The first phase of the restricted procedure in the field of defense and security for the procurement of JLTV vehicle transport services, in which economic entities prove the fulfillment of the required conditions for participation in the public procurement procedure and thus qualify for the second phase.
