PARTIJE 1. Partija 1 Procijenjena vrijednost: 9000 EUR USLOVI UČEŠĆA 1. U postupku jednostavne nabavke može da učestvuje samo privredni subjekat koji je je upisan u Centralni registar privrednih subjekata ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi u kojoj privredni subjekat ima sjedište, što se dokazuje dostavljanjem dokaza o registraciji u Centralnom registru privrednih subjekata ili drugom odgovarajućem registru u državi u kojoj privredni subjekat ima sjedište, sa podacima o ovlašćenom licu, odnosno izvršnom direktoru privrednog subjekta. Privredni subjekat je dužan da posjeduje minimum iskustva na kvalitetnom i uspješnom izvršavanju istih ili sličnih poslova iz oblasti predmeta nabavke što se dokazuje potvrdama izdatih od strane korisnika o pruženim uslugama o kvalitetnom i uspješnom izvršavanju istih ili sličnih poslova iz oblasti predmeta nabavke - iskustvo na kvalitetnom i uspješnom realizovanju minimum 3 usluga tokom prethodnih godina ali ne duže od pet godina, računajući i godinu u kojoj je započet postupak nabavke, koja sadrži opis i vrijednost predmeta nabavke, vrijeme realizacije ugovora i konstataciju da je ugovor blagovremeno i kvalitetno izvršen; i kontakt lice, njegovu mail adresu i telefon, za provjeru podataka iz potvrde. Minimum dvije potvrde moraju biti izdate od strane turističkih organizacija. Pod istim ili sličnim poslovima podrazumjevaju se usluge iz oblasti marketinga u turizmu pojedinačne vrijednosti minimum 9.000 € realizovane na tržištu Belgije. Izjava ponuđača da će u svom timu angažovati lice koje ima aktivno znanje francuskog i holandskog jezika, nivoa C2 shodno DALF - Diplôme approfondi de langue française (Napredna diploma francuskog jezika) i nivoa C1 shodno CNaVT, Certificaat Nederlands als Vreemde Taal (Sertifikat iz holandskog kao stranog jezika) ili im je francuski i holandski jezik maternji jezik. Izrada plana aktivnosti sa vremenskim okvirom/Development of an activity plan with a timeframe ● Izrada Akcionog plana sa vremenskim okvirom za njegovu realizaciju koji će sadržati plan za svaku od aktivnosti opisanih u nastavku u tačkama 2-6 ovog Projektnog zadatka, a imajući u vidu trajanje ugovora (treba da uključi i plan za objavu newsletter-a). Napomena: Naručilac mora dati saglasnost na Akcioni plan;● Preparation of an Action Plan, including a detailed implementation timeline, covering each of the activities described in Sections 2–6 of these Terms of Reference, taking into account the duration of the contract (the Action Plan should also include a schedule for newsletter distribution).Note: The Client must approve the Action Plan. Konsultanstke usluge i odnosi sa medijima tokom trajanja ugovora/Consultancy Services and Media Relations Throughout the Contract Period Ponuđač je dužan da obezbijedi kontinuirane konsultantske usluge, uključujući analizu i strateško savjetovanje o tržištu, relevantnim aktivnostima, trendovima i povezanim temama, kao i da osigura pravovremene i koordinisane odgovore na sve medijske upite u vezi sa Crnom Gorom, u saradnji sa Naručiocem. Napomena: Usluga mora biti dostupna u skladu s potrebama Naručioca tokom trajanja ugovora.• The bidder is required to provide continuous consulting services that include analysis and advice related to the market, relevant activities, trends and related topics, as well as to ensure timely and coordinated responses to all media inquiries concerning Montenegro, in cooperation with the Client. Note: The service must be available in accordance with the needs of the Client throughout the duration of the contract. Količina: 12 mjeseci/months 3. Izrada i distribucija newslettera o turističkoj ponudi Crne Gore/Preparation and Distribution of Newsletters Promoting Montenegro’s Tourism Offer • Kreiranje promotivnog newslettera sa sadržajem o turističkoj ponudi Crne Gore. Newsletter mora sadržati minimum 1000 karaktera teksta i relevantne informacije o destinaciji. • Distribucija newslettera na mailing listu sa najmanje 3.000 kontakata koji uključuju medije sa nacionalnom pokrivenošću u Belgiji. • Obezbijediti objave u relevantnim medijima nakon slanja newslettera. • Nakon svake distribucije dostavlja se izvještaj o objavama i dosegu. • Preparation of a promotional newsletter featuring content about Montenegro’s tourism offer. Each newsletter must contain a minimum of 1,000 characters of text and relevant information about the destination. • Distribution of the newsletter to a mailing list of at least3,000 contacts, including media outlets with national coverage in. • Securing publications in relevant media outlets following the distribution of the newsletter. • Submission of a report after each distribution, including an overview of publications and audience reach. Integracija Crne Gore u specijalizovanim newsletter-ima/Integration of Montenegro into Specialized Newsletters • Pored posebnih newslettera, izvršilac će uključiti Crnu Goru u dva izdanja specijalizovanog newslettera namijenjenog belgijskim medijima. • Teme će pratiti aktuelne trendove putovanja i pozicionirati Crnu Goru kao relevantnu destinaciju kroz savremene turističke narative i interesovanja belgijskih putnika. • In addition to the dedicated newsletters, the bidder shall include Montenegro in two editions of a specialized newsletter targeting Belgian media outlets. • The topics shall reflect current travel trends and position Montenegro as a relevant destination through contemporary tourism narratives and the interests of Belgian travellers. Količina: 2 komplet/set 5. Studijska posjeta medija/Media study visit • Organizacija jednog studijskog putovanja za predstavnike belgijskih medija (minimum 5 novinara). Aktivnosti uključuju izbor medija, pripremu i slanje poziva (Save the date), izradu programa putovanja i koordinaciju sa naručiocem. Tokom putovanja obezbjeđuje se koordinacija i pratnja grupe. Nakon putovanja očekuje se minimum 5 afirmativnih objava u medijima. Ponuđač dostavlja kompletan izvještaj i press clipping objava sa procijenjenom vrijednošću objava. Troškove puta i boravka snosi naručilac. Napomena: Naručilac snosi troškove puta, kao i troškove boravka u Crnoj Gori za predstavnike medija.• Organization of one familiarization trip for representatives of Belgian media outlets (minimum 5 journalists). Activities shall include the selection of media representatives, preparation and distribution of invitations (Save the Date), development of the travel programme, and coordination with the Client. During the trip, the bidder shall provide on-site coordination and guidance for the group. A minimum of five positive media publications is expected following the trip. The Bidder shall submit a comprehensive report and press clipping report, including an estimated media value of the published coverage.Note: Travel and accommodation costs for media representatives in Montenegro shall be covered by the Client. Učešće na događaju za medije/Participation in a Media Networking Event • Obezbjeđivanje učešća Naručioca na događaju za medije sa tržišta Belgije • Događaj treba da okupi medije sa relevantnim uticajem na tržištu Belgije • Izvršilac treba da osigura minimum 15 sastanaka sa predstavnicima medija za Naručioca • Ensuring the participation of the Client in a media event attended by representatives of Belgian media outlets. • The event shall bring together media representatives with relevant influence and reach within the Belgian market. • The bidder shall arrange a minimum of 15 meetings between the Client and media representatives during the event Količina: 1 komplet/set NAPOMENE Jezik ponude :Ponuda se sačinjava na: crnogorskom jeziku i drugim jezcima koji su u službenoj upotrebi u Crnoj Gori, u skladu sa Ustavom i zakonom ili na engleskom jeziku. Dokazi sačinjeni na jeziku koji nije jezik ponude, dostaviće se na jeziku na kojem su sačinjeni i u prevodu na jezik ponude od strane tumača, u formi originala ili ovjerene kopije.
