NAPOMENA 1: U skladu sa članom 87 Zakona o javnim nabavkama, Naručilac zbog specifičnosti predmeta nabavke, ne može odrediti tačnu količinu predmeta nabavke, pa se predmet nabavke određuje po jedinici mjere u odnosu na koju se daje ponuda, s obzirom na ukupnu procijenjenu vrijednost nabavke. Imajući u vidu činjenicu da Naručilac ne može predvidjeti tačnu količinu usluga po stavkama, od ponuđača se zahtijeva da dostavi jedinične cijene čiji zbir (1+2+…+56) će se bodovati, a ugovor će se zaključiti na procijenjena vrijednost nabavke u vrijednosti od 53.719,01 eura bez uračunatog PDV-a.
